Business consulting

Business consulting or management consulting has become commonplace in our market for a long time. However, potential customers of consulting services do not always understand exactly how the process of working with a consulting company goes.

Here we answer typical questions from entrepreneurs and directors.

How do we implement consulting projects?

Consulting order formalization. First, we get to know a potential customer, listen to the primary expectations and wishes, and clarify needs and goals.

Diagnostics. Further, we either conduct additional diagnostics or immediately form a preliminary proposal. In most cases, we do business diagnostics and organizational diagnostics for free.

Commercial offer. The preliminary proposal specifies the stages of work, tentative terms of work, and payment terms. It is often impossible to accurately calculate the cost and duration of the project, but as practice shows, we invest in the planned time frame and the cost of the preliminary project.

Implementation. We usually implement management consulting projects together with the client’s teams and adapt to the needs and characteristics of clients. This approach allows us to transfer knowledge and experience to the client’s team, without which the project is doomed to death after we leave.

We interact with customer teams through the joint development of strategies and projects to build management systems during sessions of strategic planning and organizational development.

As needed, we train and help teams master skills to ensure that positive change is irreversible.

Only joint practice gives a positive result.

What tools do we use?

  • Organizational Development Session.
  • Session of strategic development.
  • Drawing up strategic development maps.
  • Business Modeling (Canvas by A. Osterwalder)
  • Organizational diagnostics.
  • Personnel diagnostics.
  • Diagnostics of the management environment.
  • Business process audit.
  • Working groups, etc.

How is our work paid?

We use three forms of payment:

Payment for an hour of work of each consultant (this allows you to save time on jokes and increases the productivity of work per unit of time)

Payment for the project (there is a difficulty – if, in the course of work the customer clarifies or changes tasks, such payment will be impossible)

The subscription fee (the customer pays a fixed amount per month. Such relations with us are formed mainly by regular customers)

How to determine the cost or price of consulting services?

The cost of our consulting work depends on the following factors:

  • The level of qualification requirements for work (Organization management function management, process management);
  • The level of consultants involved (Master, specialist, junior specialist).

We try to reduce the cost of services for the client as much as possible, for this, we involve his employees. Thus, we increase the effectiveness of the adopted management decisions, and cooperation develops into friendship and long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
